Payment terms
One invoice will be issued for the selected total. The invoice will state these payment terms:

To confirm on Quotation ↔ Project Integration
These are the working assumptions. Say if any should change before we start.
- One official quotation per project. A project that already has a linked quotation cannot take a second official link. The staff member sees the existing quote number and is asked to Save as Draft (unlinked) instead.
- Link fills client details. Client name, phone, email, property / site, and account manager come from the project. Staff do not re-type them.
- Relink overwrites. Choosing a different project shows a warning: confirming replaces the quotation’s current client details with the new project’s details.
- Unlink keeps a snapshot. Removing the project link leaves the last copied client details on the quotation.
- Project status on the quote. The quotation edit page shows the linked project’s current workflow status.
- Copy New is not a revision. It opens a new draft with a new quote number. Line items, payment terms, notes, and client details are copied. Project link is copied only if that project is free; otherwise the copy stays a draft and the staff member is warned.
Notes
- Price includes development, testing, and deployment of selected modules.
- One invoice will be issued for the selected total. Payment terms on that invoice: 30% deposit upon confirmation (then Design), 40% upon design sign-off (then implementation), 30% upon go-live.
- Warranty: 3 months bug-fix support after go-live of this phase.
- Timeline depends on client feedback, approval cycles, and which modules are selected.
- Additional features or changes outside this scope will be quoted separately.
